Qualifikationen

• Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory systems required.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS and barcode scanners.
• Proficient with email communication and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Receiving & Inspection – receive goods and check quantity, condition and docs.
• Picking & Packing – pick items accurately and pack for dispatch.
• Inventory Management – maintain stock records and counts.
• Goods Storage – organize products with proper labeling.
• Loading & Unloading – handle shipments safely.
• Warehouse Documentation – prepare delivery notes, stock records and invoices.
• Stock Accuracy – minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Safety & Housekeeping – follow safety procedures and keep area clean.
• Teamwork – coordinate with purchasing, sales, logistics and delivery teams.
• Computer Skills – basic Excel, inventory systems, ERP/WMS, barcode scanners, email.
• Time Management – complete tasks within deadlines.
• Reliability & Discipline – punctual, responsible, follow procedures.
