Position Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and optimise our end-to-end warehouse and fulfilment processes. This role requires a candidate with deep operational expertise in logistics, inventory control, and process improvement—ideally within the fast-paced electronics retail environment. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in streamlining warehouse functions, driving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams to meet service and fulfilment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Fulfilment/ Warehouse Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day fulfilment operations to ensure operational efficiency, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping logistics.
- Optimise fulfilment processes, efficiency, and costs.
- Manage warehouse’s daily activities to maximise efficiency.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and management to support order fulfilment and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast inventory needs and plan accordingly.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth coordination and delivery.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations.
- Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
RMA:
- Oversee and manage onsite repair scheduling by using Google Calendar to meet the given SLA for onsite repair services
- Developing and implementing procedures for processing returned items, including receiving, inspecting, and determining disposition (repair, replacement, or refund).
- Identifying the reasons for returns and working to prevent future occurrences through process improvements.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex RMA cases.
- Responsible for RMA data management, KPI tracking and weekly reporting
Team Management & Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Set clear goals, expectations, and maintain high performance standards.
- Collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve operational issues, ensuring and maintaining seamless operations
- Prepare and present reports on performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics to management.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory control and managing RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) processes, including warranty returns, customer claims, and repairs.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing operational teams.
- Strong track record of setting clear goals, providing feedback, and driving accountability across diverse teams.
