Job summary

Nippon Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to monitor day-to-day export general operations and coordinate with customer service and third-party vendors to meet customer requirements.

You will conduct daily toolbox meetings, strive for process improvements, ensure safety, quality and housekeeping standards are followed, and work with internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries from 40 Alps Avenue Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the Supply Chain industry.
• Able to work within tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Day to Day Export General Operations to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with CS & Instruct third party vendor on Special Handling requirements for Import & Export to meet customer requirements.
• Conducting Daily toolbox meeting in Warehouse and to ensure housekeeping are done.
• Achieve and identify improvements for warehouse operations in accordance to set quality management goals.
• Working as a team to ensure daily task is completed - To coordinate with customer.
• Ensuring Safety, Security, Quality rules and regulations are followed by all staff in warehouse to achieve full compliance to the company's requirement.
• Liasing with internal CS and appointed service providers on day to day Export / Import Warehouse Operations.
• Managing of 3rd party Traffic service providers as to ensure smooth deliveries and collection.
