Job summary

TRUSTWAY EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations in Singapore. You will supervise staff, coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing and delivery, and ensure accurate stock records.

You will monitor inventory levels, maintain safety and organisation, and work with suppliers and internal teams to optimise efficiency and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Good leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse staff.
• Plan and coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing and delivery activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and training when required.
• Ensure all warehouse procedures comply with company policies and safety requirements.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
