Job summary

ych distripark (pte) ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operations Assistant to support day-to-day warehouse activities in Singapore. The role involves receiving, storing and shipping materials, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring timely filing of documents.

The successful candidate will organize warehouse layout, conduct inventory counts, oversee container stuffing and un-stuffing for exports/imports, operate forklift and other equipment, and help maintain a clean, secure, and efficient warehouse.

Qualifications

• Be responsible to support day-to-day operations in warehouse by receiving, storing and/or shipping of material or finished goods.
• To ensures all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
• To organize the layout of warehouse and ensure effective utilization of warehouse spacing.
• To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies.
• To supervise a team of assistant supervisor and material handlers for stuffing and un-stuffing of containers for export and import shipments.
• Operating of warehouse equipment such as forklift, reach truck and stacker and ensure the equipment is well maintained.

Responsibilities
