Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to oversee receiving, storage, and shipping of materials, sustaining accurate inventory, and ensuring safety compliance.

Responsibilities include scrapped and finished goods handling, maintaining facilities such as cold rooms and AS/RS, applying 5S, and driving process improvements with a focus on efficiency and adherence to ESH policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Automation, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics preferred.
• Forklift license/certification is an advantage.
• Experience or licenses related to organic solvents or specific chemical substances is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Responsible, disciplined and detail-oriented with safety emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Manage raw material warehouse operations: receiving, issuing, storage, inventory control, and shipment.
• Handle scrapped products: proper handling, storage, documentation, and disposal.
• Oversee finished and semi-finished warehouse operations: receiving, issuing, packaging, storage, inventory, shipment.
• Maintain warehouse facilities and equipment including cold rooms and automated storage systems.
• Implement and maintain ESH policies within warehouse operations.
• Apply 5S standards to ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Support warehouse area planning and reservoir storage, maintain utilization.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and proper material handling.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
