(Warehouse Operations) Executive | West | Up to $3,800

Job Description

1. Accept and carry out responsibilities in accordance with the company compliance, health, and safety policies.
2. Managing and ensuring the fulfillment of Inbound/Outbound/VAS activities based on customer’s volume trend, sales campaigns/activities to ensure a well-functioning supply chain to local stores.
3. Monitoring of volume/activities ensuring facilities and resources are optimized and sufficient to support a consistent and flow-functioning distribution centre.
4. Close monitoring on day-to-day activities and implementation of proactive measures to raise KPI targets.
5. Manage team performance and workload to ensure effective and efficient service delivery by the operations team.
6. Keeping close contact with customers, transporters, and suppliers to ensure good service levels, productivity, and optimal customer service.
7. Ensuring operational plans and forecasts are executed promptly.
8. Decision making based on analytical data.
9. Responsible for meeting KPIs within the agreed lead time.
10. Lead, develop, and support team members' growth and performance through continuous improvement (Training/Materials) and setting quality targets.
11. Undertake any other activities as directed by immediate superiors.

Mon - Thur, 8am - 4:30pm, Alt Sat 8am-12pm

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in logistics or Supply Chain Management or a related field.
2. Experience in managing and leading a team of 60 - 80 workers.
3. Strong leadership skills – Ability to delegate work, follow up on the results, and provide constructive, straightforward feedback.
4. In-depth knowledge of key principles in operations.
5. A hands-on person with min. 2 years of supervisory experience and people management.
6. Able to ideate and drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
