Responsibilities

• Operate stacker, forklift & pallet jack.
• Receive incoming material and ensure correct storage.
• Ensure material received matches Delivery Order (DO).
• Inform Supervisor about discrepancies in quantities.
• Conduct daily stock-taking and data entry.
• Check storage conditions for temperature and humidity.
• Coordinate with customers for material requirements.
• Arrange timely delivery of materials.
• Follow safety regulations at all times.

Job description

1. To operate stacker, forklift & pallet jack

2. To receive incoming material and ensure it is stored in the correct location.

3. To ensure all material received tally with Delivery Order (DO).

4. To inform Supervisor immediately if there is any discrepency in quantity received.

5. To do daily stock-taking and data entry.

6. To check storage condition temperature and humidity control of warehouse and feedback when necessary.

7. To coordinate with customers for material requirement for the week/month.

8. To arrange delivery to transport requested materials on time.

9. To follow safety rules and regulations at all times.
