Job description

Job Title: Warehouse Operations Executive
Location: West
Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours : 5.5 days per week

  • Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
  • Sat 8am-1pm

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods
  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Handle loading and unloading of goods from containers and lorries
  • Sort, pack, and systematically organise inventory to maintain efficient warehouse operations.
  • Verify and accurately document product details—such as labels, serial numbers, expiry dates, and markings—using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor and update inventory levels in WMS; promptly report any discrepancies, shortages, or damages.
  • Participate in regular stock-takes and assist in preparing inventory reports
  • Carry out any other warehouse-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
  • Perform general housekeeping duties within the warehouse
  • Good work attendance and punctuality are essential
  • Adhere to building management policies, including access control and non-smoking zones
  • Flexible and willing to take on other tasks as assigned by management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
  • Possessing a valid forklift license is an added advantage
