Job summary

Pertama Merchandising Pte Ltd (Harvey Norman Singapore) is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and timely distribution of goods in our Singapore facility.

This role involves physical warehouse duties, stock receiving, and assisting in deliveries to retail outlets, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Working hours are six days a week with alternate shifts, and we offer allowances, training, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Able to perform physical warehouse duties.
• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
• Forklift license and work-at-height certification are assets.
• Class 3/3A driving licence for driver roles.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general warehouse operations and duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Support major events and roadshows.
• Assist deliveries to retail outlets.
• Provide customer service to walk-in and call-in customers.
• Manage goods received and issued per procedures.
• Ensure safe handling and movement of inventory.
• Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory control.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Take on ad hoc duties as assigned.
