Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure smooth workflow. Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, and forklift operation experience is a plus. This position offers a salary range between $1900 to $2400 based on experience and involves a 5.5 working days schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in operating forklift truck will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Receive, check quantity & quality, and sort incoming goods.
• Store items neatly and accessibly in the warehouse.
• Pick and pack items for delivery based on requests.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock locations.
• Handle returned goods and update relevant departments.
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times.
• Support stock-taking and general warehouse tasks.
• Work with suppliers and forwarders to arrange shipments.
• Prepare shipping/freight-forwarding documentation.
• Provide good customer service and support.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.

• Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) @Tuas
• Saturday (8am – 12pm) @Loyang Warehouse
• Salary: $1900 - $2400 (Based on Experience)
