Job Scope:

• Oversee daily shipping operations to ensure customer needs are met.

• Work with Customer Service and guide 3rd party vendors on special import/export handling.

• Conduct daily meetings with warehouse staff and make sure the area is kept clean.

• Improve warehouse operations to meet quality goals.

• Make sure all warehouse staff follow safety, security, and quality rules.

• Communicate with internal Customer Service and service providers for daily import/export tasks.

• Manage 3rd party transport providers to ensure smooth deliveries and pickups.

Job Requirements:

• Min 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics operations or supply chain industry.

• Knowledge of freight forwarding, export/import documentation, and warehouse processes.

• Strong team player and able to work independently within the deadline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
