Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading incoming goods and verifying quantity and condition against delivery orders/invoices.
• Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisor immediately.
• Sort, label, and store items in designated areas to ensure easy retrieval.
• Conduct periodic stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper documentation and system updates.
• Update inventory systems and assist in preparing basic reports.
• File and organize documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and checklists.
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., Transport, Customer Service, QA) to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide support to supervisors and other team members when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of experience working in a warehouse setting or in logistics; experience in operating material handling equipment preferred.
• Certification to ride a forklift preferred.
• Must be able to work well in a team.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions; able to work independently with little guidance.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, bend, and lift heavy materials.
• Ability to operate computers and relevant warehouse management software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
