Job summary

ALLIGATOR SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse operative in Singapore to oversee the unloading of incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders or delivery notes, and log damages or discrepancies.

The role is based at Pioneer Road, focusing on accuracy and efficiency in receiving and inspection. You will manage storage and inventory using FIFO/LIFO methods, and update records in WMS/ERP systems, performing regular cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Oversee unloading and inspect shipments; log damages or discrepancies.
• Maintain stock records using FIFO/LIFO with WMS/ERP systems.
• Enforce safety guidelines and safe operation of material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting shipments against purchase orders or delivery notes.
• Store and manage inventory using FIFO/LIFO; update WMS/ERP records; conduct cycle counts.
• Process order receiving/picking/packing as needed.
• Ensure workplace safety; forklifts operation; Class 3 license is a plus.

Organize stock using systems like FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or LIFO (Last-In, Last-Out), update records in a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP platform, and conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.

Order Receiving / Picking / Packing

Safety and Compliance

Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines, and ensure safe operation of material handling equipment like forklifts.

Having Class 3 license is a plus.
