Work Schedule:

Standard (Mon-Fri)

Environmental Conditions:

Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cold Room/Freezers -22 degrees, some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), will work with hazardous/toxic materials.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As Warehouse Material Handler, the personnel will be part of a disciplined and highly professional team that is competent in operating in a GMP environment. Their main duties include receiving incoming deliveries, picking materials for production issuance, packing materials for export shipments, and recording inventory status (both paper and electronic records). Must be comfortable working in a cold environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Checking incoming deliveries and items received for accuracy.
  • Loading and unloading different transport items.
  • Putting away materials for storage in the warehouse.
  • Performing labeling of incoming materials.
  • Filing deliveries and warehouse paper records and preparing basic documentation.
  • Performing picking and issuance of materials to production.
  • Performing stock counts.
  • Packing materials for export shipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Performing system transactions.
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds to ensure organization.
  • Any other activities as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level/Nitec in any field.
  • Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant warehouse experience.
  • Experience in SAP is preferred.
  • Must be able to understand and speak basic English.
  • Have a valid forklift license and be competent to operate Material Handling Equipment.
  • Hardworking, team player.
  • Comfortable with physical work in the warehouse.
