About the role

As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the company's warehouse located in the Tai Seng North-East Region. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including deliveries, receiving, storing and organizing efficiently and accurately.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise warehouse team and daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

• Plan manpower deployment and oversee timely logistics order processing.

• Implement and improve warehouse procedures, including handling, storage, and labeling.

• Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and delivery timelines.

• Train staff and enforce safety standards and SOP compliance.

• Support delivery operations when the driver is on leave.

What we're looking for

• Excellent knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics operations

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to track and optimize warehouse performance

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and improve processes

• Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant technologies
