Warehouse Manager (Logistic and Freight Transportation) | 5 Days/ $5800/ West

Job Scope:

• Leading and support the continuous development of warehouse staff. (around 17- 18 pax)

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.

• Manage billing processes and ensure timely invoicing.

• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards related to warehousing, material handling, shipping, and safety.

• Actively participate in quality, safety, and customer audits.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular physical stock counts and reconciliation with the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of all company assets.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Relevant 4 - 5 years of supervisory experience in the logistics, freight forwarding or warehouse industry.

• Experience in warehouse design and setup is an added advantage.

• Practical and proactive with excellent leadership and project management skills.
