• Maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and hire field specialists to ensure operations are well managed at all times.
• Oversee the maintenance
• Lead and coach a team of Operations Specialists and creating various training activities to ensure their growth.
• Monitor, report and provide instructions
• Oversee the establishment of SOPs in each fulfillment process.
• Management of all warehouse-related activities (inbound, outbound, and storage).
• Manage key customer's expectations with the agreed KPIs.
