Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management

• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.

• Optimize warehouse layout and ensure efficient space utilization.

• Track and manage inventory with WMS, cycle counts, and audits.

Team Leadership

• Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff.

• Set goals and ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and quality standards.

Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate stock levels and resolve discrepancies.

• Monitor inventory metrics and collaborate with finance for accurate records.

Safety and Compliance

• Enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.

Quality Assurance

• Inspect incoming shipments and resolve product handling issues with QA teams.

Cost and Efficiency Management

• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce costs.

• Collaborate on pricing strategies for spare parts.

Vendor and Stakeholder Relations

• Manage 3PL providers and coordinate with suppliers on orders and deliveries.

• Partner with internal teams to align warehousing with company goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or any relevant field.

• Experience in warehouse management or logistics, with a track record of leadership, would be an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP).
