Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
Optimize warehouse layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
Track and manage inventory with WMS, cycle counts, and audits.
Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff.
Set goals and ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate stock levels and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor inventory metrics and collaborate with finance for accurate records.
Enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Inspect incoming shipments and resolve product handling issues with QA teams.
Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate on pricing strategies for spare parts.
Manage 3PL providers and coordinate with suppliers on orders and deliveries.
Partner with internal teams to align warehousing with company goals.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or any relevant field.
Experience in warehouse management or logistics, with a track record of leadership, would be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP).
