Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Set daily/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees;

Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules;

Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.

Maintain warehouse teams by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees as required.

Enforce all company rules and regulations.

Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job.

Monitor warehouse stock-levels and product dating; coordinate with Sales Team to facilitate promotional activations to move short dated stock as necessary.

Plan and coordinate stock arrivals with warehouse team to ensure minimal disruption.

Communicate and coordinate with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of products.

Monitor team member performance and well-being.

Schedule work effectively, in line with the skill sets and availability of employees.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.

Review and rate supplier performance and contract execution.

Inspect condition of tools and equipment.

Ensuring warehouse activity compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirement:

At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

Basic communication skills in simple English to understand instructions and interact with coworkers

Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment

Must have organizational and leadership abilities.

Must be hard-working, patient, creative, with a positive attitude.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Must accept stand for long time working.

Must accept work on weekends/PH.

Must accept night shift.
