Une entreprise de renom dans le secteur de la production alimentaire recherche un Responsable de Production pour superviser les opérations de fabrication et d'entrepôt. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 3 ans d'expérience pertinente, une connaissance approfondie des normes de sécurité alimentaire et des compétences solides en coordination. Cette fonction implique la gestion des équipes, l'optimisation des processus et le maintien de l'efficacité et de la conformité dans toutes les opérations de production.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en production alimentaire ou opérations d'entrepôt.
  • Connaissance des normes de sécurité alimentaire (FSSC22000, BRCGS, HACCP).
  • Bonne compréhension du contrôle des stocks et des processus d'entrepôt.

Responsibilities

  • Superviser les activités de production alimentaire quotidiennes pour garantir l'efficacité et la qualité du produit.
  • Gérer la réception, le stockage et la distribution des matières premières et des produits finis.
  • Maintenir des dossiers d'inventaire précis et participer à des contrôles réguliers.

Job description

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of food production and warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, food safety, accurate inventory, and timely order fulfilment.


Job Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily food production activities to ensure efficiency, product quality, and food safety compliance (FSSC22000, BRCGS)
  • Supervise and coordinate production staff, shift schedules, and output performance
  • Monitor production yields, raw material usage, and minimize waste
  • Manage receiving, storing, and issuing of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
  • Ensure FIFO stock rotation and proper handling of temperature-sensitive products
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular stock counts
  • Coordinate daily sales orders and ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Ensure delivery documents (invoices, orders, etc.) are prepared accurately and on time
  • Work closely with logistics providers and customers on delivery scheduling and exceptions
  • Monitor fulfilment accuracy and KPIs, including on-time-in-full (OTIF) performance
  • Enforce workplace safety, cleanliness, and layout optimization in production and warehouse areas

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in food production or warehouse operations, with supervisory or team lead responsibilities
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and certifications (e.g. FSSC22000, BRCGS, HACCP)
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, order fulfilment, and warehouse processes (including FIFO and cold chain handling)
  • Proficient in using basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory/ERP system
  • Good coordination and communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and external logistics providers
