Job Title: Warehouse & Logistics Manager (ID4722)
Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.00am – 5.00pm)
Salary: $5000-$5500

Job Scope (Responsibilities):
• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
• Experience in control inventory/ FIFO/ product expiry date in proper formula and format
• In charge of stock take

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager (3-5 year) in leading a team for cold room warehouse (-18 degree C) and logistic team preferred
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
