Join Our Fast-Paced Team!
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for logistics and operations? We’re looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to take charge of retail, event, and warehouse operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Logistics & Distribution – Ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials, including prints, premiums, and collaterals to various locations.

• Visual Merchandising Support – Oversee setup, execution, and troubleshooting of retail displays, demos, and installations.

• Field Deployment Prep – Organize and prepare materials for field teams, ensuring smooth on-site execution.

• Warehouse Management – Maintain a well-organized warehouse for easy access and efficiency.

• On-the-Go Support – Drive and transport team members & materials to event sites, retail stores, and designated locations.

• Event & Roadshow Execution – Provide hands-on support to ensure flawless operations during activations.

• General Operations Assistance – Perform ad hoc duties to support the success of projects and business needs.
  

What We Need from You

• Class 3 Driving License – Required for transport duties.

• Experience in Visual Merchandising or IT Retail is a bonus but not essential.

• Fluent in BOTH English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Ability to work 5 days a week (10 AM – 7 PM), with occasional paid OT for urgent events and deployments.
