WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Handling inbound & outbound shipments at two (02) warehouses, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and labeling of products in accordance with SOP.
Verifying shipping documents: commercial invoice, packing list etc. to ensure the accuracy and matches physical
Coordinating with shipping carriers to schedule timely pickups and deliveries. Following up thoroughly on the shipping status and update the respective teams: Account manager/ Project team.
Follow up on the shipping documents with the carriers to ensure obtaining the necessary documents for filing and audit purposes.
Conducting daily cycle count and rectifying if there are any discrepancies to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment
Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Any other tasks assigned by management
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Possess a growth mindset, demonstrate teamwork, and able to handle work pressure.
Having experience working in warehousing and international Logistics preferably minimum 3 years; especially some fundamental knowledge about Dangerous Goods shipment.
Strong background in inventory control, with the ability to manage and track inventory accurately
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suites
Familiarity with inventory management tools preferred but not essential
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Effective Time management skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge and experience in operating a pallet jack, reach truck/forklift, ensuring safe and efficient movement of goods.
