Qualifications

- Experience in logistics/supply chain management as Assistant Manager or Manager.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), project management, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain logistics metrics, reports, and records (e.g., safety, customer service).
- Solve issues related to transportation, logistics systems, import/export, and customer service.
- Ensure carriers follow company transit/delivery procedures.
- Oversee warehouse operations to meet cost, accuracy, and timeliness goals.
- Negotiate transportation rates and services.
- Supervise logistics and warehouse staff.
- Coordinate logistics integration with business functions (sales, order processing).
- Analyze the financial impact of logistics strategies.
- Manage inbound/outbound operations and safety performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes and layouts.
- Handle product lifecycle logistics (acquisition to distribution).
- Communicate transport details with customers/suppliers via logistics systems.
- Address logistics-related customer complaints and non-conformance.
- Ensure warehouse safety and timely escalation of major issues.
- Track and present logistics KPIs to management.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 2 years in electro-mechanical/manufacturing environment.
- Logistics/Supply Chain management experience:
Assistant Manager: 2+ years in supervisory roles.
Manager: 8+ years in supervisory roles. - Proactive, motivated team player with leadership and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), project management, and ERP systems.
