Job summary

LABGISTICS Asia Pte Ltd (LABG) is seeking a Logistics Assistant to manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, unloading, loading, and delivery where applicable. This role emphasizes a safe, clean warehouse environment and teamwork, with experience using RF scanners.

You will report to the Warehouse Officer or Manager and collaborate with internal departments to strengthen the logistics team, following SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in warehousing or distribution is a plus.
• Proficient with basic office tools (email, Excel, Word).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and schedules for daily logistics tasks.
• Work as a team with other logistics staff.
• Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate or drive equipment safely (forklift, Reach truck, etc.).
• Maintain and upkeep warehouse equipment.
• Adhere to warehouse safety requirements.
• Report to Warehouse Officer or Manager and perform other duties as assigned.
