Job summary

Responsibilities

• Unloading deliveries from suppliers and transport vehicles.
• Inspecting goods for damage and discrepancies against delivery notes.
• Storing goods in warehouse locations to maximise space.
• Labeling and tagging inventory with relevant information.
• Counting stock regularly to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.
• Picking items according to customer or internal orders.
• Packing goods securely to prevent damage in transit.
• Labeling packages with correct information and delivery details.
• Ensuring accuracy in picking and packing to avoid shipment errors.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace.
• Performing routine equipment checks to ensure proper function.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines for a safe working environment.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks.
