Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate at the Kranji site in Singapore. You will perform RFID-based receiving and inspections, conduct cycle counts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth material movement and accurate stock levels.

The role requires proficiency with SAP/HANA for inventory management, attention to detail, and the ability to document transactions precisely. Forklift license is preferred; work is Mon–Fri with OT if required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education N/O Level or equivalent.
• Forklift license preferred due to job scope.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods with RFID and inspect items from multiple locations.
• Conduct cycle counts of furnished items at plant and warehouse locations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth material movement.
• Maintain stock accuracy and promptly resolve issues related to incorrect or missing spares.
• Execute material movements and returns using SAP/HANA.
• Maintain documentation and system records of inventory transactions.
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.
