Job summary

Tech Chain Global is hiring a Store Hand to manage day-to-day warehouse operations at our client's site in the Jurong / Tukang industrial area. You will operate a forklift and work with SAP for goods receipts and stock movements.

This permanent, full-time role offers a hands-on position with overtime pay, CPF benefits, and a single-site location in Singapore. You should have a forklift licence and SAP knowledge, and be able to lift up to 20 kg.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience required.
• Valid forklift licence required.
• Reach truck licence preferred; sponsorship available after joining.
• Proficient in SAP and basic Excel.
• Able to lift up to 20 kg and stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication and daily coordination with Sales Admin.
• Eligible to work in Singapore without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and post receipts and stock transfers in SAP (MIGO).
• Operate forklift and reach truck for unloading, put-away and retrieval.
• Label and maintain SKU, batch and location accuracy across the store.
• Carry out cycle counts and support the annual physical inventory.
• Monitor on-time delivery and flag shortages or discrepancies early.
• Work closely with Sales Admin on order status and stock queries.
• Keep the store area clean, safe and audit-ready.
