Job description

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage warehouse team to meet daily operation in a timely and accurate manner which include but not limited to:

• Transfer of goods

• Receiving of goods

• Housekeeping

• Inventory management

• Replenishment of merchandise

- Work closely with Buyers and Operations Sales Manager to improve work flow.

- Review, propose and articulate on daily operational procedures to ensure continuous improvement in process flows, productivity and operations and ensure SOP are accessible to all staff and management

- Manage/assign of tasks to the warehouse team to perform in accordance to urgency.

- Understand all warehouse processes, safety rules/ guidelines and ensure they are adhered to

- Plan and manage to ensure warehouse resources are deployed in most cost optimum manner

- Ensure all SOP are updated

- Monitor stock of the warehouse, both physical and system data

- Prepare daily stock movement report

- Ensure optimum space management within warehouse

- Assist in all audit preparation, conduct ad-hoc internal audit check at shop and report any noncompliance

- Ensure proper handover document for all transaction.

- Inventory system management

Requirement:

- Min. Diploma in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline

- Min. 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity

- Proficient in MS office

- Possesses excellent analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Candidates with exposure to various “Warehouse Management System” will have an added advantage

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- English is a must

- to carry and arrange goods.

- Abilities of compliance to SOP.

- Operations hours: 9am – 6pm
