Warehouse Executive (East) (3PL)

Location: Alps Ave (Transport Provided)
Salary: Up to $3800 (With AWS and VB)
Working Days: 5.5 Alt Sat

Position: Export/Import Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day export and import warehouse operations to ensure all customer requirements are met efficiently.

• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with Customer Service (CS) teams and instruct third-party vendors on special handling requirements for both import and export processes.

• Team Briefings: Conduct daily toolbox meetings in the warehouse to discuss operational priorities and ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to warehouse operations, aligning with quality management goals to enhance efficiency.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure the completion of daily tasks and maintain effective coordination with outsourced contractors.

• Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all safety, security, and quality regulations are followed by warehouse staff to meet full compliance with company standards.

• Liaison with Internal Teams: Coordinate with internal customer service teams and appointed service providers to ensure smooth and efficient daily export/import operations.

• Traffic Service Provider Management: Manage third-party traffic service providers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries and collections.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the supply chain or logistics industry, preferably in warehouse operations.

• Deadline-Driven: Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) for reporting and operational management.

• Collaboration Skills: Strong team player with excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
