Job Description

• Ensure accurate data entries are made into the customer and warehouse management systems, keeping records up to date

• Monitor and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery, resolving any issues that may arise during the process

• Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped correctly

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations, resolve any order-related issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Respond to customer emails, calls, and messages, ensuring that all issues are resolved or escalated appropriately

• Assist with end-to-end warehouse functions including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and outbound distribution

• Any other duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• NITEC/Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / any related fields

• Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

• Able to work as a team player, pro-active, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility
