WAREHOUSE CUM DELIVERY ASSISTANT POSITION

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support delivery & warehouse duties as required by management.
• To handle day to day delivery related activities including banking, shipping documents authorization in various Chambers of Commercial Chambers matters if needed.
• Preparation and delivery of goods for local delivery.
• Export shipment packing and container stuffing etc.
• Receiving of goods from local & overseas supplier including container unstuffing.
• Participation of Yearly / Monthly stock count related activities.
• To ensure cleanliness / housekeeping / tidiness of warehouse, warehouse equipment is kept in good order / conditions.
• Any additional duties as required by management.

REQUIREMENT

• GCE N Level certification and above.
• At least 1 year of working experience or more in trading company environment required.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Possess high sense of responsibilities & teamwork spirit; confidence & willingness to work efficiently under pressure
• Possess a valid class 2/3 license, with minimum 2-3 years driving experience.
• With or without own motorcycle.
• Forklift License / Certification.
• Communication - able to express clearly, to listen and understand effectively (instruction & feedback).
• Must be a team player.
