A leading company in logistics and customer service is seeking candidates for a role focused on customer support and inventory management. With working hours Monday to Friday, this position offers a competitive salary of up to $2400. Ideal candidates will have relevant education and experience in logistics or customer service. Location: Jurong East
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5pm
Alternate Saturday: 9am – 12pm
Salary: Up to $2400
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support via phone and email.
- Prepare shipping documents and import / export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place and invoicing of order once shipments had been closed.
- Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
- Ensure accuracy of all inventories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Perform of general housekeeping within the workplace.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of working experience in logistics or customer service roles
