Job summary
A leading logistics firm is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to manage daily operations and oversee logistics tasks. Qualifications
- Relevant experience in administrative or logistics support (2-3 years).
- Basic knowledge of shipping/import-export documentation preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assign daily administrative tasks to team members.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Solve any administrative issues that may arise.
- Coordinate between admin and operation staff.
- Guide and familiarize new hires.
- Provide customer service support via phone and email.
- Prepare shipping documents and import / export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place.
- Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
- Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
- Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure accuracy of all inventories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Perform of general housekeeping within the workplace
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in administrative or logistics support
- Basic knowledge of shipping/import-export documentation is preferred
