A logistics management role at a leading company in Singapore, focused on inventory control, supplier liaison, and shipping documentation. Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain good housekeeping of working areas and keep track of the equipment.
Liaising with freight forwards and customers, to ensure that materials are delivered on time and accurately.
Monitor inventory and schedule requisition of materials.
Accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Perform receiving of goods into the system and record batch and serial number when required.
Run periodic cycle count and stock take.
Purchasing and liaison with suppliers.
Plan & manage fulfilling contracts from Order Entry.
Ensure PO validation, compliance & approval.
Qualification(s)
Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant studies
Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics Management and Inventory matters
Computer literate: MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook
Knowledgeable in shipping procedures and documentation for customs clearance
Good understanding of local and cross-border import/export rules and regulations
