Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Serangoon is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The role suits someone with warehouse or logistics experience who can work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, receiving and shelving goods, conducting cycle counts, and using WMS or SAP. Overtime may be required, and forklift eligibility can bring an extra monthly allowance.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer literacy and a good attendance record.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.
• SAP and WMS experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer order sheets.
• Receive, scan, and store incoming goods.
• Check quality and quantity during receiving and dispatch.
• Perform GR and GI in WMS and SAP.
• Carry out cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
