Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and trust-worthy Warehouse Manager. Warehouse Manager oversees all daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfilment, shipping, and team supervision. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in warehouse logistics, and a commitment to operational excellence, safety, and product integrity. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth internal operations and excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts and audits
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment in coordination with the sales and customer service teams
• Maintain warehouse safety protocols and cleanliness standards
• Monitor stock levels and expiry dates and collaborate with Finance and Admin Teams to avoid shortages or overstocking
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency and scalability
• Ensure proper handling and storage of skincare products according to temperature, hygiene, and shelf-life requirements
• Ensure proper labelling of stocks with distribution labels, price tags, and expiry dates.
• Support other warehouse functions such as delivery of stocks when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Mandarin. Able to read and write English.
• PSLE or equivalent education.
• Prior warehouse management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with office equipment (printer, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with professional, team-oriented attitude.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move packages (typically up to 50 lbs)
• Driver’s licence preferred.
