Job summary

Adventus is seeking a warehouse support staff to manage delivery orders, stock movement and daily warehouse operations in Singapore. The role involves checking, printing and sorting delivery orders, picking goods for deliveries, and assisting with stock-take.

Proficiency in English and basic computer skills are required, with familiarity in Word and Excel an advantage. Candidates with at least GCE N levels or ITE and a positive, team-oriented approach will fit well.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' levels / ITE.
• Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Able to operate computer and use basic functions of Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Able to speak and read English.

Responsibilities

• Check, print and sort Delivery Orders.
• Prepare and pick goods for deliveries according to Delivery Orders.
• Loading and unloading of inventories.
• Data entry to keep track of inventory movement.
• Assist in stock-take.
• Handle attendance records and timesheets for warehouse staff.
• Assist in daily warehouse operations.
