Job description

Job Description

1、Perform stocks removal according to system trigger based on shelf life guarantee to ensure that stocks remain fresh (e.g. MP removal, pre-housekeeping checks, actual housekeeping removal)
2、Perform depleted checks to ensure traceability accuracy in both system and physical stocks.
3、Perform cycle count and perform adjustments or conduct investigations to identify the root cause for major discrepancies.
4、Clear suspense, missing/found alerts, through verification before performing any adjustments.
5、Prepare pull-out form for the necessary activities (i.e. charity, disposal, etc)
6、Perform damaged adjustments (reported from Outbound and Replen)
7、Receiving of consumables and accounting for the quantities
8、Facilitate timely RGA return/exchange process to ensure that sufficient stocks are available to fulfil orders
9、Arranging new items for dimension and handling slotting requests
10、Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely shipments.
11、Adhere to company policies and procedures.
12、Identify and report any discrepancies or potential issues to the Inventory supervisor.

Job Requirements

1、High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
2、Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
3、Basic understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
4、Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet physical demands, and maintain attention to detail.
5、Effective communication skills to interact with team members and other departments.
6、Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and warehouse best practices.
7、Strong commitment to safety and adherence to RedMart health and safety guidelines.
