• Plan and perform warehouse operations for goods receipt, issuance and shipping.
• Ensure compliance of safety standards and guidelines.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for completion of warehouse documentation and data entry of inventory transactions
• Responsible for review and archival procedure
• Plan and perform warehouse operations for goods receipt, issuance and shipping
• Perform inventory cycle count per SOP and participate in annual stock count
• Investigate and implement corrective actions of inventory discrepancies
• Ensure proper storage of goods according to temperature requirements and maintain good housekeeping
• Work with Facility Engineering team to carry out routine warehouse equipment maintenance, calibrations and requalifications of warehouse equipment
• Work with third party cleaners to carry out periodic cleaning for warehouse
• Work with internal stakeholders for production planning and costing
• Assist to manage cryogenic tanks and liaise with service providers to ensure smooth operations
• Assist to initiate deviations, carry out investigation related non-conformances incidents
• Supporting warehouse operations related SOP’s, generation of forms and qualification of documents
• Supporting internal and external audits on warehousing activities
• Ensure compliance of safety standards and guidelines
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Warehouse supervisor
