Job summary

A leading drilling company seeks a logistics personnel for various responsibilities including receiving and dispatching goods, inventory management, and ensuring warehouse organization. This role demands attention to detail and adherence to safety standards in maintaining an orderly work environment.

Responsibilities

Receiving and dispatching goods, checking delivery documents.
Performing inventory checks and maintaining records in the WMS.
Operating material handling equipment safely.
Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
Updating inventory records and assisting with logistics documentation.

Responsibilities:

Receiving & Dispatching Goods
Receive incoming materials and finished products.
Prepare and dispatch outgoing goods according to schedule.
Check delivery documents and verify item quantities and conditions.
Inventory Management
Perform stock-taking and inventory checks.
Ensure accurate recordkeeping in the warehouse management system (WMS).
Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors.
Material Handling
Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if licensed).
Move, stack, and organize products in appropriate storage areas.
Warehouse Organization & Cleanliness
Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
Follow workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
Documentation & System Updates
Update inventory records using handheld devices or computers.
Assist with preparing reports or documentation related to logistics and warehousing.
