Job Description:

This is a full-time role for a Warehouse Assistant located in Ubi Cres. Our client operates in the Lighting and Electrical Engineering industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee functions including:

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records, update databases, and conduct regular stock audits to ensure proper replenishment.
• Receiving and Dispatching: Receive incoming goods, check for accuracy and quality, and issue goods to internal delivery drivers or customers. This includes loading and unloading trucks and containers.
• Stock Organization: Arrange shelves, label items, and manage all inventory movements within the warehouse.
• Maintaining Order: Keep the warehouse tidy, organize displays, remove clutter, and ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
• Handling Equipment: Operate equipment such as stackers, pallet jacks, etc.

2. Support store assistants in daily operations.

3. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.
