Job summary

A reputable recruiting firm in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to receive, inspect, and organize goods in the warehouse. No prior experience is needed as training will be provided. The role requires the ability to carry heavy loads. This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week and offers a salary up to $2,400 plus bonuses.

• Able to operate warehouse equipment if certified.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
• Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and placement of goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse area.
• Support other warehouse operations as required by the supervisor.

Our Client a Pharmaceutical & Medical wholesale importer & distributor in Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Warehouse Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.

• Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.

• Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.

• Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.

• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and placement of goods.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse area.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).

• Support other warehouse operations as required by the supervisor.
