Warehouse Assistant ( Tuas)

Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking warehouse assistants to assist with import and export operations, ensure quality checks, and maintain inventory. The ideal candidate should have related experience and be able to perform various tasks efficiently. This position follows a five-day work week and is located in the Tuas area, with pickup and drop-off at Joon Koon MRT.

Qualifications

• Preferably with some related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist on Import receiving.
• Picture taking all incoming & outgoing shipment.
• Assist on binning the engines and spare parts to location.
• Assist on export picking & ensure all engine serial numbers/spare part numbers are correct.
• Assist on quality check for all outgoing shipment.
• Ensure all rust & dust were removed from engine/parts.
• Report all non-conformances created by wooden box packer.
• Assist on Un-stuffing & Stuffing engines from container & trailer.
• Assist Install & Dismantle alarm harness & centa coupling.
• Housekeeping the warehouse floor.
• Ensure container was washed & clean after unstuffed.
• Issue parts to production (ACEGEN) based on BOM order request.
• Weekly cycle count.
• Ensure all spare parts in FIFO practice.
• Check all import parts against import checklist.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
