Job description

  1. Period: 1 year contract (Renewable/Convertible)

  2. Location: Tengah Air Base

  3. Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 0800 to 1745

  4. Salary: $2500 - $2800

Job Descriptions

  • Oversee the store operation and general supervision of staff on day-to-day store administration.

  • Perform proper storage and handling of all incoming as well as outgoing spares.

  • Plan and assist in periodic and annual stock-take. Report discrepancies if any.

  • Maintain proper store records and ensure that requisition & issue procedures of the company are being adhered.

  • Carry out receiving inspection of all items received at the store and report discrepancies, if any.

  • Monitor the stock levels of spares and the shelf life of spares in the store.

  • Operate the SAP system to transact AGE details for spares demands, work services, purchase request, etc.

  • Assist in administrative works of the operational department including organizing and schedule meetings and events, keeping records, filing, typing of reports, answering telephone calls, etc.

Job Requirements

  • NTC 2/3 level or Diploma holders in any discipline or equivalent, with at least 3 years of working experience in an automotive maintenance or other related industry.

  • Able to read and write inspection report in English.

  • Basic computer knowledge in operating Microsoft PowerPoint, Words and Excel.
