Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking warehouse operators to assist in logistics operations and manage inventory. Candidates should possess secondary education and ideally have 1-2 years of experience. A forklift license is required for applicable roles. You will guide junior staff and ensure the safe handling of goods.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to junior staff(s)/new hires familiarisation in achieving warehouse operations target.
• Perform logistics duty of receiving and put away including checking, retrieving, loading & unloading, repacking and palletizing for both import and export cargoes by adhering to the Standard Operating Procedure.
• Ensure goods are handled with care.
• Assist in counting of physical inventory.
• Ensure proper control and maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Performing of general housekeeping and maintaining of safe working environment.
• Operating of forklift and reach truck (applicable for those who holds forklift license).
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to quality control, safety, and security.
• Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Secondary school education, NITEC, or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred
• Forklift license (for applicable roles)
