A leading coffee company in Singapore seeks a Warehouse/Tech Assistant who is passionate about coffee and customer service. This full-time role involves stock management, packing orders, and maintaining relationships with customers during deliveries. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a background in the coffee or F&B industry.
About the role:
We are looking for a Warehouse/ Tech Assistant to join our Singapore office.
This role is full time and Monday to Friday.
Part of this role is engaging and building trusted relationships with our customers while out on deliveries, whether it be through talking about our coffee or checking in with how their cafe is going.
We work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to provide you relevant and up-to-date training on new equipment and products.
About you:
This role is suited to someone who loves coffee, enjoys talking to customers, has strong communication skills and a very keen eye for detail. Having experience working in a café or the F&B industry would be an advantage and some experience with office administration tasks is a bonus.
