Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join the team at Changi South. The role involves receiving goods, picking and packing orders, and performing value-added services while adhering to safety and handling procedures.

Working hours are 11am–8pm, Monday to Friday, with a monthly salary of SGD 1,800–2,600 plus SGD 150 shift allowance. Proficiency with PCs and a solid understanding of health and safety are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient PC skills and basic software proficiency.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and store them in designated locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders for dispatch or shipping tasks.
• Perform value-added services on customer orders as needed.
• Follow proper handling procedures for components and products.
• Move stocks using trolleys or hand-pallet jacks.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts as required.
• Ensure safe lifting and manual handling according to procedures.
• Operate safely to comply with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Notify management of discrepancies, hazards, or safety issues.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to support efficiency.
• Suggest improvements to improve efficiency and add value.

Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Receive goods and put away to storage locations
• Picking and packing customer orders for dispatch and / or shipping tasks
• Perform additional value-added services on customer ordered goods
• Requirements to follow the proper component handling procedures
• Move stocks around either by provided trolleys and / or hand-pallet jacks
• Carry out inventory cycle count as and when required to
• Ensure any manual lifting and manoeuvring of products is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures
• Operate in a safe manner complying with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others
• Keep the Management informed of any discrepancy, abnormality, and potential safety hazard(s), whether it is work or non-work related
• Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency, where daily housekeeping is mandatory
• Make recommendations to aid efficiency and add value to the organization
• Any ad-hoc duties
