Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Singapore to support daily warehousing tasks, including receiving, stock placement, picking and packing orders, and maintaining safe practices.

Chunked responsibilities cover inventory checks, safety adherence, and continuous improvement, with a shift pattern aligned to 11am-8pm, Monday to Friday at the Changi South site.

Qualifications

• Proficient PC skills and basic software literacy.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• Relevant work experience in warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and store them in designated locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders for dispatch.
• Perform value-added services on ordered goods.
• Follow proper component handling procedures.
• Move stock using trolleys or hand-pallet jacks.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts.
• Ensure safe manual handling of products.
• Adhere to HSE requirements to ensure safety.
• Report discrepancies or safety hazards to management.
• Maintain clean and tidy work areas.
• Suggest efficiency improvements.
• Perform ad-hoc duties.

Warehouse Assistant

Salary: $2,000 - $2,600 + $150 Shift Allowance
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 11am – 8pm
Location: Changi South (Nearest MRT - Expo)

Responsibilities:

• Receive goods and put away to storage locations
• Picking and packing customer orders for dispatch and / or shipping tasks
• Perform additional value-added services on customer ordered goods
• Requirements to follow the proper component handling procedures
• Move stocks around either by provided trolleys and / or hand-pallet jacks
• Carry out inventory cycle count as and when required to
• Ensure any manual lifting and manoeuvring of products is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures
• Operate in a safe manner complying with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others
• Keep the Management informed of any discrepancy, abnormality, and potential safety hazard(s), whether it is work or non-work related
• Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency, where daily housekeeping is mandatory
• Make recommendations to aid efficiency and add value to the organization
• Any ad-hoc duties
